Wow.
I feel a deep, intellectual fog took me. Or something like that.
These days, speaking feels more natural. I noticed how demanding it is to write because there is so much on my mind. I am spending time with literature, research, and audio recordings of some of the finest orators on this planet.
So when I sit down, like I am now, with the keyboard… The music doesn’t come out.
And writing requires so much maintenance.
Editing, grammar, layout, design, vulnerability, the research. All of it.
Nonetheless, I would sit down to write.. Sometimes a few words or a title would come out. Occasionally, I’d get through a few paragraphs, and sometimes I would write out the entire post.
Still, I couldn’t motivate myself to hit send.
So much has been on my mind, and I feel as though I could write 50,000 words. And no one wants that… yet.
The conversation around me sounds a lot like this:
War
Sanctions
Oil & Energy
The U.S. Economy
Global Economy
Donald Trump
Changing World Order
Inflation
Central Banking
Digital Currency & Bitcoin
TONS OF POLITICAL RHETORIC.
TOO MUCH NEWS (print & digital journalism)
And who knows what’s going on anyway.
So I stepped away from writing. I did what came more naturally to me, which is speaking. There was too much for me to process and not enough room to write simultaneously.
I haven’t posted since the early days of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
For the moment, I am here. I’ll write again soon.
